2. Shipping Costs

Free Shipping:
We offer free standard shipping on all UAE orders above Dhs 400. The discount is automatically applied at checkout.
Standard Shipping (UAE):
For orders below Dhs 400, shipping fees are calculated based on order weight and delivery location.
International Shipping:
We ship internationally to selected countries. Shipping charges are calculated based on the destination and package weight. Customs duties, VAT, or import taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

4. Delivery Time

Within United Arab Emirates:
Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days depending on your emirate and location.
International Orders:
Delivery may take between 7–21 business days depending on the destination country and customs clearance process.
